We ship to addresses within the United States only. Checkout accepts United States delivery addresses; orders to unsupported destinations cannot be completed here.

Orders over $60 ship free. Below that threshold a flat $13.99 express rate is added at checkout, and the exact amount is shown in the order summary before you pay.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after PayPal confirms payment and the order clears processing, using UPS, DHL and USPS. In-stock ready-to-go styles usually leave first; holidays, carrier delays and remote ZIP codes can push a delivery past the estimate.

Record the change through the Contact form with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier the address can no longer be edited from our side.

Use the Contact form or email customercare@luvmehair.com with your order number and what you need help with. The form stores the request on our server for support handling; it does not send an automatic email confirmation.

Eligible unworn hair may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The lace must be uncut and untinted, the hair unwashed and unstyled, and the wig returned with its original packaging and any bands, clips or combs it shipped with.

Wigs with cut or coloured lace, hair that has been washed, bleached, dyed or heat-damaged, custom-coloured orders and opened care products cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible. Hygiene means we also cannot accept hair that has been worn out of the house.

Send the order number, item name, delivery date and reason through the Contact form or by email. Recording the request is the first step only — wait for handling instructions before mailing anything back so the parcel can be matched to your order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment after the returned item is inspected, normally within 2 business days of inspection. PayPal then takes roughly 3 business days to post the money back to your card or bank.

Use a soft tape and take three measurements: the circumference around your hairline, above the ears and around the nape; front-to-nape over the top of the head; and ear-to-ear across the crown. Circumference is the number that matters most.

• Average caps are built around a circumference of roughly 22 to 22.5 inches and fit the majority of heads.
• Small caps run about 21 to 21.5 inches, and Large caps about 23 to 23.5 inches; both appear as options on styles that offer them.
• Adjustable straps and combs let you tighten a cap by roughly half an inch, so when you sit between sizes choose the closest circumference rather than the smaller one.

The Sizing section on each product page lists the cap size, density and lengths supplied for that specific style.

The numbers describe the lace panel in inches. A 13x4 lace front spans the full hairline with four inches of depth, enough for a middle or side part. A 13x6 adds parting depth for deeper side parts and pulled-back styling. A 7x6 PartingMax or 5x5 closure sits on the crown rather than the whole hairline, which makes it faster to install and popular for glueless wear. A 360 lace runs around the perimeter so the hair can be tied up, and full lace allows parting almost anywhere. No-lace, U-part, V-part and headband wigs use no hairline lace at all and blend with your own leave-out hair instead.

Not for the glueless styles. Glueless caps arrive with pre-cut lace, an elastic band and combs, so the wig is held by tension rather than adhesive — this is what makes them beginner friendly and safe to remove nightly. Lace front and 360 constructions can be worn glueless too, but adhesive gives the flattest melt if you want a long-wear install. If you do use glue, use a wig-safe remover before lifting the lace.

Density describes fullness. Around 150% reads as natural everyday hair and is the safest choice for short and shoulder-length styles. 180% gives visible volume and suits longer lengths, curls and photography. 200% and above is a deliberately full, dramatic look and adds weight on the cap. Longer hair at the same density always looks thinner at the ends, so pick the higher density if you want fullness at 24 inches or more.

Length is measured from the top of the cap down the hair shaft when the hair is stretched straight. Curly, kinky and deep wave textures spring up, so a measured 20 inches can wear closer to 14 to 16 inches. As a rough guide: 8 to 14 inches is a bob or short cut, 14 to 16 inches sits at the shoulders, 16 to 18 inches falls mid-back, 20 to 24 inches is long, and 26 inches and above is extra long.

Screens, brightness settings and room lighting all shift how a shade reads, so treat photos and colour names as a guide. Natural black and off-black are the most predictable; highlight, ombre, blonde, ginger and red tones vary most between batches because lightened hair takes dye differently. If you are matching your own hair, compare several photos on the same product page and keep the 30-day window in mind before cutting lace or washing the hair.

Each product page has a Care Instructions section written for that texture, lace and colour, and that section always wins over general advice. The habits that apply across most of the catalog: detangle from the ends upward with a wide-tooth comb before washing; use cool water and sulfate-free shampoo; condition mid-length to ends and rinse without twisting; press water out with a towel instead of rubbing; and air dry on a wig stand. Wash roughly every 10 to 15 wears, always use heat protectant when styling, and keep curly textures damp when detangling to protect the pattern. Coloured and blonde hair is more porous, so deep condition it more often.

Lifespan depends on care rather than price. Worn a few times a week with gentle washing, low heat and storage on a wig stand, human hair wigs commonly stay in good condition for months of regular wear; daily heat styling, harsh brushing or sleeping in the hair shortens that considerably. Lace is the most fragile part — lift the wig from the nape rather than pulling at the hairline.
